Go to Customer Order Setup and then Catalogue File Maintenance. Click catalogue codes and search for your products. This manual will demonstrate setting up a home shirt.

To add a product to a page click [Maintain Players Pages and Ranking] on the right.

If you are setting up a new item you have the option to set up all players at the same time.

If you are adding a related product (non-kit) please tick all three boxes.

Enter a rank number into the Ranking box (e.g. 10). See the table of ranking below. Press either home, away or third depending on which kit it belongs to.

If you have goalkeepers you may will to delete them as they won't be having printing against your home/away/third kits. To delete a player tick the box next to the player's name or the delete all box at the top and pressing Delete at the bottom.

You can also select a single player by clicking Add Web Page in the bottom left and selected the player from the drop down. Enter a ranking value and press Update.

These are suggestions you may want to use when setting up the ranking in [Maintain Players Pages and Ranking]. You may prefer to use your own.

For goalkeeper kit you may wish to follow the settings for home or away.

Setting up Star Shirts

In order to add any product to a player you need to do the following. For your shirts you also have the option to add a star shirt to each player. You may need to request these to be created by RSS support.

From the catalogue file maintenance screen, click on the link on the right hand side for [Maintain Stars Shirt].

You will now be given a list of available stars you can link the shirt to.

On the right in the bottom table, you can click the radio button next to each player name or press Add all Players above. If you use add all then you may need to delete any goalkeepers from the selection.

To delete a player, click the radio button in the Remove column in the top table or press Remove all Players above.

If you are adding a back of shirt/stars shirt, in the image column click the browse button against each name and search for the player's image. You can do several players at a time, but be aware that it may take some time to upload if you select several at a time. Press any Update button to start the upload.
