First you will need to make sure that the squad list is up to date.
The update can be completed under:
Customer Order Setup -> Squad And Personalisation Maintenance -> Squad Names
You'll be given a list of the current squad list (see below):
You can use the Change button to modify player’s
details. The details that can be amended are name, display
sequence, position, squad block rule which allows you to assign barcodes for name blocks and the hot key checkbox which shows the player on the till squad selection.
Use the Update button to confirm changes.
You can delete existing squad players by selecting the
checkbox next to each name and then use Apply Delete button at the bottom.
PLEASE NOTE: If you delete a number/player that will still appear on
the till so instead of deleting a record you may just change the name to Unassigned / Not Used.
You should also delete players if they change their number as you cannot change their number by clicking Change unless the new player will use the same number. The system does not allow number duplication.
To create a new player click Create New at the bottom.
Enter their name and squad number. Display Sequence is usually the same as the
squad number (unless you wish the players to be listed in different order).
Please make sure the Name is typed using UPPERCASE letters, no spaces and special characters are allowed. Once the fields are filled in you can press the Insert button to add the player.
Changes to the Squad List are applied automatically to
the website, however they must be updated manually to the tills.
**Note**
If you have access to Women's team, you will need to enter the player numbers with a W prefix, for example 'W1' or 'W12' in order to enter the player correctly. Additionally the Women's team WON'T be sent to the tills. Online only.
