Creating and Managing Pre-Printed Personalised Shirts

To access the program, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the menu: Stock > Pre-printed Shirts


If the menu is not visible, you may need to adjust your permissions:


1. Go to Employee Maintenance.
2. Edit permissions for Stock.
3. Ensure that permission for Pre-printed Shirts is granted.

To create a pre-printed personalised shirt, follow these steps:


1. Create a Shirt: Click the "Create a Shirt" button to initiate the process. This will create a new pre-printed shirt based on a style SID, which serves as the base item. You can add various components to this shirt.

2. Calculate Price and Margin: After filling out the form, click the "Calculate Price and Margin" button. This will compute the price and margin for the shirt. You can adjust the sell price as needed.

3. Finalise Creation: Once you are satisfied with the details, click the "Create Style" button to finalise and create the new pre-printed shirt. Note that at this stage, no movements will be recorded in the system.

4. Edit and View: You can edit or view items from the main page. The edit function operates similarly to the create function, but you cannot change the base item or font details.

5. Application of Components: The "Application" step involves applying all components and squads to the shirt. At this point, all movements will be recorded, and the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for the new pre-printed shirt will be established.

6. Branch Selection and Quantity: Select a branch and specify the quantity for each size you wish to move.

7. Validation: Before proceeding, validate the quantities. The system will check if the requested stock is available and if the squad letters/numbers are correct. If validation fails, the system will provide an error message detailing the issues.

8. Applying Movements: Once validation is successful, click the "Apply" button to execute the movements.

  • 1 X SMITH WHITE PREMIER LEAGUE NAME BLOCK
  • 1 X ADULT WHITE NUMBER 1 PREMIER LEAGUE
  • 1 X ADULT WHITE NUMBER 0 PREMIER LEAGUE
  • 1 X PREMIER LEAGUE PATCH
  • 1 X NO ROOM FOR RACISM PATCH

When packing/making up 10 pre-printed shirts:

Issue out of stock from the various components:

  • 10 X ADULT HOME SHIRT
  • 10 X SMITH WHITE PREMIER LEAGUE NAME BLOCK
  • 10 X ADULT WHITE NUMBER 1 PREMIER LEAGUE
  • 10 X ADULT WHITE NUMBER 0 PREMIER LEAGUE
  • 10 X PREMIER LEAGUE PATCH
  • 10 X NO ROOM FOR RACISM PATCH

Receive into stock into the newly created product:

  • 10 X SMITH 10 PREMIER LEAGUE HOME SHIRT ADULT

Components (if using individual letters/numbers):

  • 1 X ADULT HOME SHIRT
  • 1 X S WHITE PREMIER LEAGUE NAME LETTER
  • 1 X M WHITE PREMIER LEAGUE NAME LETTER
  • 1 X I WHITE PREMIER LEAGUE NAME LETTER
  • 1 X T WHITE PREMIER LEAGUE NAME LETTER
  • 1 X H WHITE PREMIER LEAGUE NAME LETTER
  • 1 X ADULT WHITE NUMBER 1 PREMIER LEAGUE
  • 1 X ADULT WHITE NUMBER 0 PREMIER LEAGUE

When receiving 10 pre-printed shirts:
