Changing the max characters allowed on personalised items.


Updating the maximum characters allowed on printing. 


1. Go into stock amendment and find the product you need to edit.




a. Make sure to apply the change to all stock records for the style.


2. Select Personalisation from the right hand side.





3. Choose which item it is you’re personalising (in most cases this will be a shirt). Then click update.





4. First it will only show which font it is you want to make changes too. Once you select the font it will present the configuration form below and a preview of the shirt.



5. To make changes to Max characters, see the 2nd field with the drop down option.
