Ranking Items on the Website

If you want to order your items in a certain order on the website, you will need to rank the items in that department.

To do this go to Menu Options - Customer Order Setup - Ranking Maintenance

Select the department that you want to rank on the left hand side

The current view is how the products are shown on the website. To reorder, you just have to drag and drop into the order you want. 

So I have moved the above items to show as follows:

Although the message states it has been successfully updated it has only been updated in this page. Please check the details of each item highlighted the current position should state where they sit. At this point your selection has been updated but will not transfer to the website. The website will only show the items in this order once you have clicked Update Rankings

If you are using V2 you will see Update Rankings on the left side of the screen, please click on this button and make sure the items show the current ranking as they are sitting, and this will be updated on the website.
