Set Up Colours for Despatching

On the despatch screen, you can assign different colours to services, allowing you to group and manage despatching more efficiently.

To add or update the colours used on your despatch screen:

Navigate to Delivery Options Maintenance - select Delivery Services

2. Select the required service - express delivery/next day delivery - you may want to highlight as these need to be processed as quickly as possible. 

Choose the preferred colour to assign to that service. The colour has to be listed as its hex code. 

This will help visually organise your despatch process for easier tracking and management
