Side Bar - Free Postage Notification

To configure the new side bar to alert customers how much more they need to add to basket in order to get free postage please navigate to Frontend Components in System Configuration 

Next ensure that you've configured the free postage by navigating to the Web Specific tab on System Configuration 

You will see at the bottom of the page there is  free postage qualify  details.
