Unable To Freeze Branch

When Processing a stocktake you have to freeze the branch. 

If the branch does not appear in the list when you attempt to freeze it for stocktake, it is because the branch is already frozen. As you are unable to confirm when the branch was frozen, it is best to clear the freeze without updating anything and then attempt the freeze again. 

To unfreeze the branch, navigate to  Stocktake - Stock Valuation and Update

Select the branch from the drop down menu

Then select Remove Stocktake without Updating.
