Getting an error message when trying to cancel order
If you are receiving this error then it is likely the order is sat in pick ready to be despatched.
To ensure that the order does not get despatched while the order is being cancelled elsewhere - you need to remove this order from pick first.
You will need to go into Despatch Confirmation - locate the order and within the Despatch Confirmation page there is an option to remove delivery from pick.
Once the order has been removed from the Pick - you will be able to process the cancellation.
Do not need to cancel all items in the order?
If in the instance you do not need to cancel all items in the order and need to still despatch some - You will need to remove the order from the pick if already in this status. Process the cancellation on the items required.
Then release the reamining part of the order by going into the Hold/Release programme.
Select release - then from the drop down menu select items held from despatch.
Add in the order number - search and then release the order.
Then you can add this order back into pick - the pick note will show updated with the relevant items cancelled out and the items that need to be picked will show.
