Customer Order Hold/Release


The system is generally set to put all orders automatically on hold therefore the orders have to be released to be able to process.


To release orders select the Customer Order Hold/Release program from the Customer Ordering menu option. 




Select the Release option and select Hold type Order from the dropdown.


Press Next.



 

Enter the order number if you are looking to release a single order or leave blank and press Search to give a full list of held orders.




A full list of orders will be displayed.


You can view any order by pressing the detail link, use the back screen to return to this program, pressing any other button will keep you in the order management program


Select the individual orders you want to release or select all. Press Update to release the orders you have selected.
