How Do I Blacklist Words and Special Characters?

You can blacklist specific words, but this must be done manually.


Words such as hookups and cryptocurrency may be blacklisted.  


Other words are difficult to blacklist. For example, we can't blacklist sex because of words such as; Essex, Middlesex, Sussex.  Or Dating, because of words like updating.


In order to blacklist words, login to the back office.

Go to You have () unresolved customer messages or into customer ordering -> Customer messages. This will direct you to Customer Messages page. Once this page is open select Maintain Blacklisted Words as shown below.




Select Create New on the right-hand side.




Type in the word, characters in the Blacklisted Word field and then press Insert.
