How Do I Setup New Teams On The Training Ground System?
You will need to
create the branch in the exact same way you would normally but you will need to
make a note of the branch number as this will be needed later to allow the
training ground system to determine which branches it should show. In the below
example we have a First team, U23's and Academy, Branch codes; 600,601 and 602.
Once you have created all the branches for the training ground system, the next step will be to enter the branch codes of the branches to be used in the training ground system.
To do this go to file maintenance -> system configuration and under the Wholesale tab, at the bottom, there is a field "training ground / stadium wholesale branches". In this field enter the branch codes of each branch, separating them with commas, as shown below.
After setting these branch codes, the branches selected will appear in the training ground system programs to allow you to setup each team and allocate stock for them.
