How to Give a Customer Compensation Against a Despatched Order?
Select customer returns on the Customer Ordering Menu.
Enter the order number and press Search.


Enter the value you wish to refund as compensation and
select a reason from the drop down list.
Enter No to refund the postage.
Press the Update button.

Click the Refund button against the appropriate payment
method, this will usually be the credit card that the customer used to pay for
the order.
