If I need to escalate my issue, what is the procedure?

At Jonas Sports we strive to resolve your issue to the highest possible standard. If you feel that we are not meeting our ordinary high standards you may feel the need to escalate your issue.

Please follow the below process to escalate your issue - You must complete each step in the order it appears below:

1. Inform the member of the Support Team that is dealing with your ticket why you feel you may need to escalate your issue, this gives us the opportunity to put things right in the first instance.

2. If you are still not happy with the way your ticket is being handled, please contact Kusum Basnet our Support Team Lead on kusum.basnet@jonassports.com.
