Product Creation

Create your products the usual way,  by using either the Simple Stock Creation or through the CSV import. 

some information you'll need. 

Stock Holding No
Supplier Code TER01
Supplier Name Terrace
Season  All Year Round
Department Terrace
Sub Department Terrace

Once you've saved the product, you can then amend it. 
and make sure the following is ticked/set
  • 3rd Party Product
  • Stock Held at Third Party
  • Despatching Branch = Terrace

Personalisation

while in the product amendment. if you click on Stock Details and press Personalisation



Select Product Personalisation 



Depending on the product,  you can have up to 12 lines of personalistion
For this example, I'm creating a mug which has 2 lines of personalistion.  

  • Name
  • Number
We need to make sure the following fields are filled in 

  • Title 
  • Mandatory 
  • Max Number of Characters
  • Label

Here is how this looks like on the screen. 



Scroll down to the bottom and press update to save. 


Web Product Setup

The terrace products don't need a specific web department/sub-department.  
so feel free to select the one most fitting (or create a new one).  
add your images in as normal.  but there are a couple of extra optional things you can use to enhance the product. 

adding some text to the important information. 
This will let the customers know to expect this order to take a little longer to get to them, and will be sent separately. 


Product Decals
Consider adding a product decal to make the product stand out more on the listing page. 



this is how the product will then look on the website. 


How Orders Work

In order for the order to go down to Terrace, all you need to do is release the order. 
every 15 minutes, the system will check for new orders and send them down to Terrace. 
Terrace will then update and complete the orders.


FAQ

How do we handle refunds?
if you need to do a refund, please check with Terrace first to make sure they haven't started to process the order.  if you refund/cancel the order in the back office. this won't update Terrace. 

can we run a report to find just the Terrace orders?
Yes, Customer Ordering > Third Party Orders will give you a list of all orders for Terrace over a period of time you select
