There is a system option within File Maintenance > System Configuration > Web Specific that needs to be enabled:
Once this has been enabled, open a product you wish to add this feature too via Customer Order Setup > Catalogue File Maintenance and select "Maintain Related Items":
You will then be presented with a table where you can add SIDs and select where you want them to show:
In this case, tick "Complete The Look".
SIDs can be added by entering them into the search bar at the bottom of the page:
