DHL Express - Despatch Issues

If parcels are not despatching for international orders that use the DHL Express Carrier service then this could be because the settings against the recipients country are not correct.

To check (and rectify) please see steps below:

1. File Maintenance > Countries


2. Choose Country

3. Select DHL Settings checkbox

4. Ensure configuration is as below





Another reason could be missing information being sent to DHL.

In the API request we pass through information from the Carrier File Maintenance and Company Maintenance. Please ensure all fields are populated as much as possible.

Notably (all from company maintenance):
EORI Number
VAT Number
Company Number
